Everything. Amazing staff, kind and helpful. the room is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and rich, and the spa is one of the most unique. Above all are the views that are seen from every corner of the hotel.

Wonderful 3 night stay at the very charming Grand Hotel, Courmayer.
Very charming property, very well located and good service. The staff was very nice, responsive and made a lot of effort to ensure that we had a great stay. I would like to complement Claudio for all the effort made by him and his team to ensure that the hotel guests feel welcomed and looked after. The room was great - good size, clean and comfortable. The valet service for the car and the shuttle to the city center was very helpful. Good breakfast spread and service and lovely view on the mountains from the restaurant where breakfast was served. Special thank you to Claudio, Nando and the entire staff at the reception and the restaurant. We look forward to visiting again.
We had only one issue during our stay - we needed the shuttle for pick up from the city center and there was an issue with the phone system and some miscommunication - so the pick up took longer. Just a recommendation with respect to infrastructure.
